PERIPTERO – the Greek kiosk. He can be found in every quarter of Athens. It’s a meeting point for social exchange, for discussions about politics, sport and everyday life. Based on the Greek model a group of students have opened a culture kiosk in Kassel that can be used for cultural and social exchange, too. During DOCUMENTA14 it’s used as a venue for concerts, performances, workshops and readings.
