There is an old bridge in #magdeburg called the «Hubbrücke». It was formerly used as a rail bridge but closed in the year 1998. To reopen in for pedestrians people collected donations to refurbish the brigde. Every donor was given the opportunity to leave a personal message either by an engraved plate or by an engraving on the wooden ground. Today the brigde is also temporary used to celebrate open air parties on it 😉
